If you currently feel stuck in old beliefs that make you feel disempowered, not aligned, and out of control, I have an answer for you…
Getting to know yourself on a whole new level - otherwise known as SHADOW WORK!
You might be thinking, “Well Sangeetha…I don’t know anything about shadow work, how can I do it if I don’t even know how?” Don’t worry, this is a course for beginners to learn how to use shadow work to heal and rewrite beliefs that have been running your life long enough.
Let me know if this sounds familiar:
You find yourself going down negative paths and emotional spirals
You keep hitting obstacles and road blocks when it comes to pursuing your dreams
You wake up in the morning feeling like your life is lackluster, predictable, and on autopilot
You let your emotions control you rather than controlling your emotions
You feel disconnected from yourself because you’ve been living as you “should” rather than how you desire
You find yourself wanting to deepen your connection with Source to take ahold of your true powers
You know you’re meant for more but keep hitting blocks like self-sabotage, resistance, and negative self-talk which keep you from moving forward
“Unless you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” -Carl Jung
Hello, I’m Sangeetha, the creator of Demystifying the Shadow!
I know what it’s like to have an enormous vision for life but not have my negative thoughts hold me back from taking any action towards that big vision. Once I realized that these negative thoughts and beliefs were always going to be there, I decided I wasn’t going to let my mind hold me back any longer.
So, what did I decide to do - shadow work.
This wasn’t just something I googled and decided I wanted to try. It was a natural unfolding when I embraced my spirituality. Strengthening the relationship I have with myself and getting curious about why I am the the way I am is something that needed to happen. You can only progress so far unless you decide to take a closer look at your deeper wounds.
